Bioiberica Heparin Science to launch a new website dedicated to the heparin molecule

Bioiberica Heparin Science has launched a website dedicated to the heparin molecule. This is a new online asset offering information on the business unit concentrating, in a single space, scientific and historical information, as well as disseminating the latest research on this active pharmaceutical ingredient.

This new website has a clean, state-of-the-art, completely responsive design, contains rigorous and evidence-based information, and aims to be a reference in their sector. “Since the foundation of Bioiberica, in 1975, our company put the focus on the production of heparin. This molecule is truly unique, due to their complexity and heterogeneous composition. In all these years, Bioiberica has gained in-depth knowledge of their production, thus offering the highest safety, quality and traceability standards. This specialized know-how is what we want to share in our new website” explained Joan Bassa, director at Bioiberica Heparin Science.

This new site is part of Bioiberica’s digital communication strategy-in the current year, we have launched a new corporate website and a site for our Plant Health business unit.

Heparin is the most commonly used medicine for thrombosis prevention and treatment, and it is included in the list of essential medicines of the WHO.
