Bioiberica is part of the SARIA Group, the leading international manufacturer of products for human health and consumption, animal nutrition and agriculture. It also produces renewable energy and, via the use of animal co-products and organic waste as the main raw material.
This vertical integration allow us to guarantee our presence throughout the product life cycle from initial development and production to commercialisation. It also provides a solid supply chain model, as well as flexibility and production capacity.
Traceability and supply chain control
Our raw material is of biological origin. It is therefore essential to ensure traceability and quality control throughout the production process in order to minimise the possibility of any biological hazard.
- The animals come exclusively from authorised farms.
- The raw material comes exclusively from animals approved for human consumption.
- The raw material is transported in dedicated units and monitored and analysed throughout the production process to avoid cross-contamination.
- Conforming to Good Manufacturing Practice, the product is manufactured under strict conditions in state-of-the-art facilities.
- The final product is an active ingredient of excellent quality, in full compliance with the most in-demand and current monographs.
