New scientific evidence of the efficacy of Tendoactive to be presented at the SETRADE conference

SETRADE is a scientific society gathering specialists in orthopedic and trauma surgery from all over the country. It is held every two years as a biannual congress in order to provide common knowledge and information on the latest advances, technologies and products in the field of sports trauma. The conference, which will last two days, 28-29 May, will have several different round tables, workshops and presentations. These will be addressed to trauma specialists, surgeons and regenerative medicine specialists, as well as physiotherapists and podiatrists, all of them belonging to the field of sports medicine.

On Thursday, May 28th, at 19:00 hours, at the B room, Dr. Ramón Balius, will present a study providing scientific evidence of the efficacy of Tendoactive associated with physical therapy in the treatment of the Achilles Tendinopathy. Dr. Balius is a member of the CEARE (Center for Studies of High Sports Performance) and is a noted specialist in imaging diagnosis, with more than 100 publications and 450 presentations and lectures at scientific conferences.

According to this study, Tendoactive® has proved to be efficient and secure for the management of Achilles tendinopathy, contributing additional benefits to eccentric exercises, especially in the first stages of the injury.
