During this event, Bioiberica met with leading firms in the field of cosmetics in order to explore possible collaboration opportunities
On the 28th of April, the biotech market platform ASEBIO and STANPA (National Association of Perfumes and Cosmetics), in collaboration with the InstitutQuímic de Sarrià, held theirfirst ever partnering symposium in Barcelona, with the objective of uniting the cosmetics and biotech sectors.
Bioiberica contributed to this event with a new range of topical and oral products for the treatment of psoriasis and atopic dermatitis, as well as a second range of active ingredients for skin treatment and care. These ingredients are based on functional lipids and glycosaminoglycans, compounds which Bioiberica researches, produces, and sells.
This partnering between biotech companies and the dermatologic/cosmetic sector allows usto share with the latter the development and potential uses of biotechnology, as well as making known the needs of the cosmetic sector.
