To incorporate nucleotides and hydrolysed proteins into animals’ diet provides benefits for their immune system
The 6th World Congress of Aquaculture held in Shenzhen (China), between 3rd and 5th November, is focused this year on the challenges of the most innovative aquaculture. Scientists and commercial representatives from all over the world have come together in this event to try to respond to topics as varied as immunology and vaccines; prevention, treatment and diseases management; genetics and breeding; nutrition and feed; production systems; biotechnology and aquatic environmental management; seaweed and seafood, etc.
On 4th November, Sergi Segarra, responsible for the R&D area of Bioiberica, will present an update on research of the use of nutrition for the improvement of health in aquaculture. During the talk, the importance of modulating immunity through nutrition to improve the health of aquaculture species will be highlighted, and specifically the advantages that research carried out by Bioiberica can provide with both nucleotides and protein hydrolysates.
The Nucleoforce range of nucleotides and the hydrolysed proteins Palbio from Bioiberica, are two of the most promising product lines within the Animal Nutrition division, and they are currently experiencing a higher growth. The Shenzhen congress represents a unique opportunity to present these ingredients worldwide and more specifically in the Asian market, the main reference in the aquaculture sector.
The proteins and molecules produced and marketed by Bioiberica have a high biological and therapeutic value thanks to an extraction process optimized during more than 40 years of experience. Thanks to these biomolecules, the Bioiberica ingredients for animal nutrition promote the appetite, digestibility, fertility, growth and immunological health of animals.
The distribution of Bioiberica's Palbio™ range through Mill Tech Co., Inc. in South Korea has been approved after fulfilling stringent regulatory requirements.
