The main objective of this position is to develop the business in the Americas in the Animal Nutrition division, driving profitable growth by selling through distributors in the assigned area.

  • Strategic management of key accounts in the Americas: strengthen and develop relationships with key customers.
  • Product promotion and presentation: brand ambassador for current and potential customers.
  • Negotiation of contracts and commercial agreements.
  • Development of commercial strategies in the Americas: detect market opportunities aligned with the company's objectives for the assigned region.
  • Event representation: representing the company at trade fairs, conferences and events in the Americas.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: working with marketing, R&D, finance and production teams to ensure product quality and relevance.
  • Market analysis.
  • Budget and forecast management.

 

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in international sales and business development in the Animal Nutrition industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of the market and trends in the Americas.
  • Demonstrable experience in negotiation and management of international strategic relationships.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Degree in Veterinary Science or related disciplines, such as Animal Nutrition.
  • Advanced command of English, both written and spoken.
