IT Infrastructure Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading the integration and cultural alignment of the infrastructure team into a single, high performing, divisional model. 
• Defining infrastructure strategy, team objectives and ensuring delivery of commitments. 
• Liaising with the Enterprise Architect to optimize, develop and deliver our Enterprise Framework, as it relates to infrastructure. 
• Leading digital transformation of infrastructure services from the current state to a fully cloud-appropriate model. 
• Managing a global infrastructure team capable of delivering against objectives and business expectations. 
• Managing contracts and associated budget in relation to infrastructure allocated ítems. 
• Managing infrastructure resources and performance in relation to projects and changes. 
• Promoting alignment, effective communication and understanding with wider IT colleagues and non-IT business stakeholders. 
• Ensuring the continuity of the global infrastructure estate. 
• Supporting the Information Security Officer in their delivery of related governance and controls.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years in an Infrastructure Management or equivalent role.
• Demonstrable experience in successfully delivering infrastructure cultural/team integration, ideally as part of M&A activities.
• Demonstrable experience in transitioning from a majority on-premise to cloud-appropriate infrastructure landscape.
